Shipping is FREE for all orders over $75.00. 

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on the items, weight of the shipment, and carrier rates. You can view the shipping cost after entering your address information and selecting the shipping method in your cart before checkout. This cost is set by the carriers (USPS and UPS). 

​If you order items that are in stock, your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If you pre-order items that are not in stock or if you create a custom soap, please allow 4-6 weeks dry time.​​

I want all of my customers to enjoy their products.   If you are not happy, I will do my best to make it right.​

Upon receiving your shipment, please make sure it is what you ordered.  If you received the wrong order, if the products have been damaged, or if you've simply changed your mind, you can send it back to me if

• you notify my by email (support@basilove.com) within 14 days of receiving your order AND

• the product's original packaging is unopened

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I do not accept any returns once the packaging has been removed.
